These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you and q444 governing your use of the q444 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and support functions. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any q444 service.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the q444 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 21+ STRICTLY ENFORCED: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the q444 Platform. q444 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
Players must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain of legal gambling age throughout the entire period of their use of the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the q444 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. q444 does not represent that access to the Platform is legally permissible in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from territories where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal exposure.
You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons are not permitted to hold q444 Accounts. You must provide your genuine identity information during registration and KYC verification. Any Account found to be registered with false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information will be immediately suspended and all balances will be forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) q444 Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. q444 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances in such circumstances.
To open a q444 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, a valid email address, and a date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
q444 is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed. q444 may request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their Account information. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be updated through the Account settings panel or by contacting q444 support. q444 bears no responsibility for communication failures or payment delays resulting from outdated Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your q444 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. q444 strongly recommends that Players:
q444 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where such access occurred due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
q444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency (specific accepted cryptocurrencies displayed in the Cashier section). All transactions on the q444 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in the Cashier interface.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. These thresholds are subject to change at q444's discretion with reasonable notice provided to Players through the Platform.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of request submission subject to KYC verification being complete and no security hold being in effect. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed; processing times may be affected by third-party financial institution schedules, high platform activity periods, or security review requirements.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account suspension. q444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where it has reasonable security grounds to do so.
q444 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through standard Pakistani payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). The Player's financial institution may apply fees on its end that are outside q444's control. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network fees which are the responsibility of the Player.
Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by q444 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these General Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Until the specified wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, bonus-derived balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed in the promotional terms for that specific offer.
Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria which may include: Account verification status, minimum qualifying deposit amount, geographic eligibility, time limitations on claiming the bonus, and restrictions on the games or markets to which the bonus may be applied. Players must opt in to bonuses before commencing the qualifying activity where opt-in is required by the promotional terms — bonuses cannot be retroactively applied to activity that occurred before opt-in.
q444 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or close the Account of any Player who is reasonably suspected of exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering patterns, coordinated activity with other Accounts, use of multiple Accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with q444 and will be applied consistently and in good faith.
q444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is in progress at the time of modification, q444 will endeavour to honor the terms under which the Player opted in, subject to any modifications required by law or licensing obligations.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on the q444 Platform are sourced from certified third-party game developers whose products have been independently audited for RNG integrity and published Return to Player (RTP) accuracy. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG of the supplying game developer. q444 does not modify game outcomes or RTP parameters.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display errors — q444 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win or payout that exceeds what the correctly functioning game would have produced, q444 is not obligated to honour the erroneous payout. The principle "void where malfunctioned" applies.
The specific rules applicable to each casino game — including minimum and maximum bet limits, game mechanics, side bet rules, and paytable information — are displayed within each game's information panel. Players are advised to review game rules before wagering. Ignorance of specific game rules is not accepted as grounds for dispute.
All wagers on the q444 Platform are deducted from and all winnings credited to the Player's Account balance in PKR unless otherwise displayed in the game interface. Where a game provider displays values in a foreign currency, q444's PKR cashier converts at the prevailing exchange rate displayed at the time of the session.
q444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted on credit. All bets must be funded from the Player's Real Money Balance at the time of bet placement.
Odds displayed on the q444 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that bet. Where odds change between the Player initiating and confirming a bet, the Player will be shown the updated odds before confirming.
If a sporting event is cancelled before commencement, all bets on that event are void and stakes are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. If an event commences but is abandoned, suspended, or postponed before completion, settlement rules depend on the specific market — in-play bets may be settled on the score or result at the point of suspension where sufficient play has occurred as determined by q444's sportsbook rules.
q444 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in manifest error (a "palpable error"). Examples include odds published at values clearly contrary to the true probability of the event due to human or technical error. q444 will notify affected Players and return stakes where bets are voided on this basis.
Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other cricket markets are subject to the general sportsbook rules above plus any specific cricket betting rules displayed in the relevant market. In-play cricket betting markets are updated on a ball-by-ball basis and are subject to brief suspension during key moments (wickets, overs, DRS reviews). Bets placed immediately before suspension are accepted at the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q444 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
All intellectual property rights in the q444 Platform — including but not limited to the q444 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces (where permitted by the supplying game developer), written content, graphics, and promotional materials — are the property of q444 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q444 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q444 shall not be liable to the Player for:
q444's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their q444 Account in the 12 calendar months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit q444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
A Player may request closure of their q444 Account at any time by contacting q444 customer support via live chat or email. Where an Account is in good standing, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period following completion of applicable security checks.
q444 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, and to forfeit any balances therein, in the following circumstances:
Any complaint relating to a q444 service, game outcome, payment transaction, or Account action should be submitted to q444 customer support in the first instance via live chat or by email to the address provided in the Contact section of this site. q444 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Disputes regarding the settlement of sports bets must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event in question. After this period, q444 will not consider bet settlement disputes as valid. All disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be supported by the relevant transaction ID, which can be found in the Account's transaction history.
q444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via:
